Cosmos Code With Us - Proof of Authority SDK Module

Let’s code together on the consensus module of the Cosmos-SDK. We’ll start by scaffolding an application using starport, then we’re going to swap out the Staking consensus module in the Cosmos SDK in favor of a Proof of Authority consensus module.
