Chain Reaction #2: Getting IBC Hackathon Ready

Zaki Manian and Jack Zampolin from Tendermint give an overview of what will be ready in terms of IBC at the upcoming DeFi Hackathon (November 1st-3rd) during San Francisco Blockchain Week.
