This release:

• Emits an event signalling that the interchain accounts host submodule is disabled in `OnRecvPacket`. See PR #6144 for more details.

• Improves the performance in the handling of `MsgRecvPacket` and `MsgUpdateClient` in the `RedundantRelayDecorator` ante handler .
