Neutron Testnet will be launched in the early November.

ATOM 2.0 coming soon and Neutron security will be based on Cosmos Hub validators.

But before the launch of Neutron we need to test how it will work.

Participation in the Neutron testnet is recommended for the all Cosmos Hub validators, but of course other validators also can apply for the testnet participation.
