Help to get validator info

Hello everyone
I need to get validator info after receiving ‘ValidatorSetUpdates’ event, currently I am getting valAddress and consAddress from Hex address received in the payload, when I try to get validator info I received this message “rpc error: code = NotFound desc = validator VAL_ADDRESS not found: key not found”
