Avatar doesn't show after updating on keybase.io

HI,

I updated the logo on keybase io and it stopped showing on explorers, I issued edit-validator command although 16 digit string wasn’t modified.

How can I fix that? or in fact what’s the correct way to update logo/avatar on keybase?
