Stacking information for a given block

Hi, I’ve been researching this for the last 10h but can’t find any answer neither endpoint that would help me to get all addresses that have anything stacked for a given token.

E.g We’d like to launch an airdrop for LUNA stackers for a given point of time. Is there any way to get such a list or maybe you to have a different approach to how we can do an airdrop?
