Voter App Tutorial Issues

I have been following the voter app tutorial here and have run into several issues. Disclaimer: I have never used vue before now and I have little experience with JavaScript. I am running starport on an Ubuntu terminal served using WSL2 npm run serve has been throwing errors ever since I made the changes to the vue client that were described in the tutorial. I have followed the tutorial to the letter and haven’t deviated.
