Here is my request if you would support having cosmos meetups and hackthons in my region in this case to create awareness and bring on board developers to start learning and developing on the network

Do you have a cold storage standard in mind to be promoted in Uganda?

Is there any group to gather all the regional Cosmos community initiator?

Actually there was a few initiatives to do that. But to my knowledge none kept for very long. Seems to be better and more decentralized now, with several grants available for supporters of the cause

The only ones im aware of were private. I.e. Posthuman, Citizen Cosmos, etc
