Libra vs Cosmos / Tendermint?

Can we expect to have a comparison between Libra and Cosmos soon ? Especially I would be interested to understand the differences between HotStuff and Tenderming, knowing that Libra uses a variant of HotStuff : https://github.com/libra/libra/tree/master/consensus

Also I wonder if it will easy or possible to interconnect Cosmos based blockchains with Libra ?
