Withdrawal from Poloniex without memo

Hi,there is such a thing … I sent cosmos from Polo to Huobi, I sent it without a memo, because there wasn’t even a field in Polo for memo, when i withdrawal, there was memo in Huobi wallet…I wrote in support of a Huobi, they answered that they would solve the problem within a week
How do you think, can I really get my coins in the end?
