Governance - vote "failed"

When voting said failure due to network error but I could see the “yes” vote had been shaded out and mintscan showed the vote had worked.

There is an issue with sending transactions “synchronous”. This means waiting for the block they are included in. Some transactions don’t make it into a block fast enough. We know about the issue and will switch to “asynchronous” transactions soon.
