Hello community just would like to get more user interface experience. So in what area would I be able to find the most recent updates taking place as well as what new proposals have passed.

The Hub Weekly Updates here on the forum are a good starting point—the latest one is here. For proposal results, you can check the Cosmos Hub proposals page on Mintscan. Are you mainly interested in governance updates, or changes that affect everyday wallet use?
Anzus, thank you for reaching out. I would have to say a little bit of both to see what new changes are being implemented, and what proposals are being offered, and how it will affect Wallet users.
That makes sense—the practical “what does this change for me?” part is important. A short section in updates explaining what changes for wallet users, whether they need to do anything, and any deadlines would be helpful alongside the proposal details.
