Hub Unit Report December 2025

Group 2085663659 1920×768 140 KB Background and Context The Hub Unit includes Cosmos Labs (coordinating community and ecosystem growth) and Hypha Co-operative (technical operations for the hub). These monthly reports are shared to keep the community informed on progress and timelines of Hub initiatives. The report for November can be found here. ICF Delegation Program (December update) The Hub Unit and ICF are aligning on the final implementation details for the updated delegation program. Expectations: • The program is now expected to be implemented in mid January. • More detail on the selected validation and the new process will be shared in an upcoming blog post. • Small reminder for validators to join the Cosmos Hub Validator Channel on Telegram, DM @RoboMcGobo for an invite. Stargaze The Stargaze marketplace and NFT collection remains on track and is still scheduled for February. In addition, the STARS token is expected to be migrated at a later date with the timeline of this happening around Q2 2026.
