Looking for Cosmos-SDK node operators (infra/validator ops)

I’m building a new Cosmos-SDK chain (Lumen).
We are onboarding independent node operators (sentry + validator).

Looking for operators with:
• validator + sentry experience
• monitoring & alerting (Prometheus / Grafana)
• upgrade & incident response discipline

Hi Lumen independent node operator here, interested in the Lumen sentry + validator onboarding.

Validator + sentry experience: currently running validator seats on several Cosmos SDK testnets plus an SSV operator node, and I operate my own live Cosmos SDK chain (hostdefi-testnet-1, sole validator, public RPC at chain-rpc[dot]hostdefi[dot]com).

Monitoring: 24/7 self-healing automation watchdog loops, auto-restart on crash, memory guards; the fleet also serves a public multi-chain RPC gateway across 80+ networks (rpc[dot]hostdefi[dot]com).

Upgrade/incident response: documented runbooks, snapshot-based recovery, immediate response happy to walk through it.
