Having issue with transaction broadcast

I am creating a raw transaction and signing it using the assymetric signature when floating this transaction on dydx chain having issue

Error: Broadcasting transaction failed with code 4 (codespace: sdk). Log: signature verification failed; please verify account number (96413) and chain-id (dydx-testnet-4): (unable to verify single signer signature): unauthorized

the chain-id dydx-testnet-4 is verified as well as the account number 96413

to broadcast the transaction are you using an endpoint that also has chain id of dydx-testnet-4?
