[PROPOSAL ###] [DRAFT] Add Dungeon as a partial set security Consumer Chain
This is a proposal to launch Dungeon Chain as an opt-in partial set security consumer chain. Dungeon Chain presents a unique opportunity to become the first ICS Gaming chain aligned with the Cosmos Hub. We have chosen to utlize partial set security due to the need to centralize the validator set somewhat in order to optimise transaction rate and block times. Our 2nd game “Kosmic Quest” will be on mobile devices and start out on 9 different blockchains at first and expand quickly. Validators will not be required to validate for Dungeon Chain but this will allow us to be able to use validators from the active and inactive set. We plan to compensate validators by paying 10% of inflation rewards as commissions. In the future this also can include a percentage of our transaction fees as well. Right now we have 7 full time team members all with different skills.
Game is on mobile free to play with in app purchases no crypto required to play but players soon notice huge perks to owning nft and staking crypto.
10% inflation (10%) of this is paid to validators and they get also get share of transactions. There’s a detailed white paper in our discord

The vote options are written as though the proposal is verifying the authenticity of Dungeon Chain, but the prop is asking for Dungeon Chain to be added to AEZ.
The vote options should match what the proposal is proposing.
We need way more details, what is Dugeon and why it will be a positove addiction to the cosmos hub consumer chains.
