Please note that I do not know who is currently in control of that account, but I do believe that it is ICFormal (portmanteau intentional and going on chain)
Should the @cosmoshub account not be transferred, I would create another proposal to slash ICFormal (portmanteau intentional since I cannot disambiguate them) or the owner of that account.
The reason for this move is that the cosmos hub Twitter account is not being run sensibly, it is – under the hubs own brand – distributing totally inaccurate info about the hub.
Note that this is not a slashing proposal, but I mentioned the slash because practical and sensible proposals like this are often knocked around “hub cannot enforce that”
