[PROPOSAL] [DRAFT] Add Comdex as an Opt-In Consumer Chain

This is a proposal to launch Comdex as an opt-in consumer chain. Opt-in consumer chains are intended to be launched permissionlessly, but in this version of ICS, a permissionless launch is not yet possible for technical reasons involving the chain_id. If you are interested, read more here . This proposal is NOT intended to judge whether the chain is worthwhile to use or validate. Comdex will be launching as an opt-in consumer chain with a specific allowlist of validators. This means that initially, only a discrete set of pre-selected validators will be able to participate in securing the network. We have chosen this approach to ensure a stable and secure launch of the chain. We are exploring plans to potentially open up validator participation in the future, allowing more validators to opt in as the network matures and stabilizes. Leveraging Partial Shared Security (PSS) for a stable & secure launch is a wise decision. The focus on RWAs and enhancing user experience through EVM modules will certainly boost Comdex’s role in the ecosystem.
With the upcoming testnet in late July and full deployment in early August, I’m eager to see how these strategic moves will enhance the platform and benefit our community.

I’m really bullish about this initiative which comdex will adopt (PSS), Security is really important as an RWA chain, This will be a big leap for comdex, I will give my full support on this.

Great idea to reduce inflation of comdex and getting a 2billion+ stake security from cosmos.
Another thing to keep with ,if we can use atom over cmdx for transaction fees and some portion of these atom can be used to buy cmdx and burn.Through this we can increase ux and reduce the inflation of cmdx.
There is a high chance for getting a lot of users after RWA module incorporated in comdex,so the buyback thing work a lot.Talking about RWA we need more partnership and more liquidity.This will attract new users

Yes,I support this proposal.Because choosing ics over traditional staking will enable comdex to concentrate on the product that is RWA and the users don’t need to worry about the security of comdex chain because when we choose ics we get a shit ton of security.And I am really excited about RWA because now the rwa is hot topic in crypto,hope this will bring a lot of users to comdex.
