They are frequently difficult to disambiguate.

The lack of concern for the well-being of token holders and the network will not be tolerated further.
We cannot have brand assets going out and tweeting things that are completely false.
Please note that I do not know who is currently in control of that account, but I do believe that it is ICFormal (portmanteau intentional and going on chain) Should the @cosmoshub account not be transferred, I would create another proposal to slash ICFormal (portmanteau intentional since I cannot disambiguate them) or the owner of that account. 8/ For added clarity, the Cosmos Hub does slash for downtime on Hub itself, but not on Consumer Chains.
The only type of validator misbehavior that effectively gets slashed on consumer chains is equivocation.
