Transaction History CSV

Thank you for this feature! My old method involved downloading each transaction json by hand.

But, looking through the download, it seems like transaction fees are missing. I don’t want to have inaccurate numbers, so will you add that?

Let me also note some duplication in the CSV: each restake transaction I did through Cosmostation’s one-click compounding button has each individual GetReward repeated once per validator. That is, when I have N validators delegated to, and each has 14 rewards, instead of 14*N lines of GetReward I have 14*N*N lines of GetReward.
