Burn Atom per transaction

Continuing with the topic of ATOM Tokenomics, taking advantage of the fact that COSMOS is Gigantic and ATOM can be used as a means of payment for the network, we can create a minimum network charge and burn a percentage of that in ATOM so that inflation and Burning they would create something similar to what ETH is today, remembering that ATOM is a competition of ETH, but COSMOS has greater growth fundamentals if we do things right.
