Quicksilver mainnet unjail problem

I installed Quicksilver mainnet validator. I was jailed. I reinstalled it on another server and moved the old validator. I imported the old wallet vs. everything is correct, but when I want to exit the jail, it gives the following error.failed to execute message; message index: 0: address is not associated with any known validator
can someone help me PLS?
